deepblue’s Outback concept is focused on exploring the culinary wonders of Australia’s unique native flavours. We have complemented our dinner & brunch menus by combining bush herbs & spices with market fresh seafood, while showcasing the magnificent views at our Coogee Beach restaurant. Experience our six course Outback Dégustation Menu of Crocodile, Morton Bay Bugs, Emu & Kangaroo. Enjoy regional wines which are matched with each course. A must for everyone.
